Login or Sign Up for the Calvary Baptist Church App

  1. Open the Church App
    • Launch the Calvary Baptist Church Warrior (CBCW) mobile app.
    • If you arrived here from a push notification, you're already in the app—great! Now it's time to log in so you can access everything available to you.  Go to Step 2.
  2. Access the Profile Icon
    • Tap the profile icon in the upper-right corner.
    • Select “Log in or sign up” from the menu.
3. Choose Your Method
You have three ways to create or log into your account:
  • Email: Create an email/password account.
    • If you already have one, just enter your credentials.
      • If not, tap Create Account and follow the prompts.
      • After verifying, you'll be automatically logged in and receive a confirmation email.
  • Google: Tap “Continue with Google”, grant permission, and log in
  • Apple (on iOS): Tap “Continue with Apple.” If you choose “Share My Email,” your true address will be shared—if you want more privacy, use Apple's Private Relay.

What You Can Access When Logged In

  • Messaging: Join church group chats and communicate directly with your ministry team.
  • Giving: View and manage your donation history and payment methods.
  • Saved Content + Personalized Feed when available.

Need to Reset your Password

  • Select “Forgot Password?” on the email login screen to reset it.
  • If you originally used Google or Apple, password resets are handled through those platforms.

Is your email correct in your Subsplash account?

While it might seem unlikely, it is very common to have the incorrect email address tied to your account. This could happen for a few reasons:
  • The wrong email was provided when signing up. If you have access to the email used, then you can edit your email address on your account details page. If you do not have access to this email, you will want to create a new account with the correct email address.
  • You might have signed up for multiple Subsplash Giving accounts. Be sure to check any other email accounts you might have for emails from Subsplash. If you locate your email in another email account, try logging in with that email moving forward. You can also update your email address in your giving account.
